I started taking herbalife and have been so pleased with the results, I initially had two shakes a day plus, my favourite, yummy chocolate and peanut protein bars as snacks. I found being in an office all day made me want to snack and having vending machines around leads to bad foods and weight going on. I was skeptical at first that a shake would be as filling as my usual porridge but found it was so filling I wasn't wanting to snack until later in the day than normal. When I do snack I have chocolate and peanut protein bars which are filling but also feel like a treat because they are chocolate!! I cannot do no carb diets as I absolutely love my pasta so being able to carry on having my normal evening meals of bolognese or chilli was such a bonus for me and I saw the results I wanted. I couldn't be happier!! Let me know how you get on! Xx
